CONSULTATION
JAPANESE STRAIGHTENING CONSULTATION
If you are interested in booking an appointment for Japanese Straightening, we require a consultation appointment to be done in advance.
All consultation appointments are free of charge and should be scheduled at least 1 week prior to your appointment date (Note: consultations cannot be done on the same day as your straightening appointment).
Consultations can be done in person at the salon, or via email.
If you would like to do the consultation via email, please send us an email with a few photos of your hair:
A couple photos of your hair when it is wet
A couple photo of your hair after it has been dried
Additionally, please send us your answers to the following questions:
Have you done straightening before in the past? If yes, when was your last straightening appointment?
Is your hair currently colored? If yes, has the coloring been done with bleach (including highlights or balayage styles as well)?
Please tell us about your hair texture: is it wavy or do you have tight curls? Would you say you have thick or thin hair? Do you have Caucasian, Asian, or African hair texture?
If you would like to book an in-person consultation with your stylist (recommended), please read the following:
All in-person consultations are booked at 9:30AM on any day that the salon is open.
As we only have availability for 2 consultations to be conducted per day, we will need to book this appointment in advance. Please send us a few dates that work best for you (contact@salondefi.com) and we will get back to you after checking the booking schedule.

DOUBLE OR TRIPLE COLOR CONSULTATION
If you are interested in booking an appointment for Double or Triple Process Hair Color, we require a consultation appointment to be done in advance.
All consultation appointments are free of charge and should be scheduled at least 1 week prior to your appointment date (Note: consultations cannot be done on the same day as your color appointment).
Consultations can be done in person at the salon, or via email.
If you would like to do the consultation via email, please send us an email with a few photos:
A couple photos of your current hair (please note that this must be a recent photo of your current hair and it is important that we can see the color of your hair well)
A reference photo of the color that you are looking to do
Additionally, please send us your answers to the following questions:
Have you ever bleached your hair before in the past?
In the past 2 years, have you ever dyed your hair black?

PERM CONSULTATION
If you are interested in booking an appointment for a perm or digital perm, we require a consultation appointment to be done in advance.
All consultation appointments are free of charge and should be scheduled at least 1 week prior to your appointment date (Note: consultations cannot be done on the same day as your perm appointment).
