All appointments must be scheduled in advance. You can schedule an appointment using our online scheduling portal found on our website ( 


Can appointments be made over the phone? 


During salon hours, it is difficult for us to answer the phone due to high customer volume so we recommend scheduling your appointment online. If you are unable to use the internet or would prefer to schedule the appointment by phone, please leave a message on our answering machine. After business hours, we will try to call you back.

If you are calling regarding a cancellation or to reschedule your appointment, we highly urge you to leave a message on our machine. 

We receive many calls regarding openings in our schedule for appointments.

However, the schedule that is shown online is synced with the schedule that we have at the salon so it should be identical. If you visit our website, you can view the current schedule to book your appointment.  

The classification of our stylists are based on years of experience. Depending on the level of the stylist you choose, there may be differences in appointment length or outcome.
